Good day everyone.  It is indeed, a great honour to be elected as President of PLCAA for the 3 rd term.   I am delighted and deeply grateful that once again you placed your faith and trust in me.   My involvement with this outstanding association is my pride and joy.   I pledge my commitment and dedication to PLCAA, to continue our aspiration in promoting our Filipino culture, values, customs and traditions within the context of a Multicultural Society.
